About Amanda

I became interested in skincare from the moment I watched my grandmother do her routine as a kid. Her best friend was an esthetician and I would watch her get treatments. After that I would read everything I could get my hands on. I was obsessed and fascinated with skin.

However, I was also very talented with art and was encouraged to pursue it. I obtained a Bachelor's of Science in graphic design and worked for 10 years in the field before deciding to go after my other passion in skin. I received my advanced esthetician license from Florida College of Natural Health in 2016. Not wanting to completely waste my background in art, I also got my tattoo license to do medical tattooing and combine both my passion for art and skin. After switching industries, I feel I fould my true calling and my work is more fulfilling.

I'm always reading something about skin and believe in staying on top of trainings and emerging technology and go to the expo shows every year. I always jump on any opportunity to take a class or get another certification. I absolutely love what I do and being able to help people. I enjoy using my hands be it art or skincare. My clents say I have an amazing touch and very intuitive with helping them. I like to use my advanced knowledge combined with my compassion to address my clients concerns and provide an excellent treatment. I believe in educating my clients and setting them up for skin success with a personalized realistic treatment plan. I specialize in Hydrafacials, Keravive Scalp Therapy, dermaplaning, chemical peels, & microneedling.

When I'm not at BCC I enjoy biking, spending time with my senior dogs, and a hobby not many would guess is that I'm into cars.
