*Cancellation/Rescheduling/ No-Shows*
We value your business and strive to provide you with the best possible service. In order to maintain the efficiency and reliability of our operations, we have implemented a late cancellation fee policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the details outlined below:
As per our cancellation policy, we require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 late fee cancellation per appointment/area that is cancelled. We reserve the right to deduct NO SHOW's or LATE CANCELs from your available services, Submit your cancellations by messaging or calling us at 305. 456. 6001.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to reward our loyal clients. Therefore, if you have not incurred any late cancellation fees for a consecutive period of time of at least 3 months, you will be eligible for the waive of the late cancel fee. This waive will automatically apply to your account.
We appreciate your cooperation with this matter and your understanding of
how last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ restrict us from providing
other clients with appointments while it costs both money and resources.
To avoid this, Brickell Cosmetic Center reserves the right to collect
credit card information upon the time of scheduling, and may charge you for the
cost of treatment, upon any missed services due to insufficient
cancellation notice. 'No shows' will automatically be deducted from your
account.
*Young Children/Pets Policy*
Brickell Cosmetic Center does not allow children under the age of 12 to
accompany their parents/guardians to their appointments due to liability
reasons. We kindly request that you make arrangements for your young
children before your appointment. Teenagers between the ages of 13 – 17 years
old must have a signed consent from an adult above the age of 18 years to
receive any treatment.
We love animals. Unfortunately, our pets’ policy does not allow you to
bring your pets inside the building with the exception of service pets.
*Late Arrivals*
Customers are asked to be on time for their appointment. Many treatments
require a signed consent or medical record form to be completed, so please
arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your appointment to complete
your forms so it does not cut into your treatment time. Customers arriving
late WILL NOT get an extension on the services being provided and will be
charged the entire cost of service. If a customer is more than 15 minutes
late for a scheduled visit and there is not enough staff available, or
time, then the appointment may be canceled at Brickell Cosmetic Center’s
discretion.
Conversely, if you are on time for your appointment and Brickell Cosmetic
Center is running behind, we guarantee that you will receive the
entire length of treatment and service time. We appreciate your patience
with this, as sometimes we do run up to 15 minutes behind due to daily
inconveniences. If we run over 15 minutes late, we will offer a complimentary
service, but it is our commitment to always provide you with the intended
service and treatment time.
