Meet Julie

At the front of Brickell Cosmetic Center is Founder and Master Aesthetician Julia Pernas. She is a multi-faceted Skin Care Specialist with an incredible professional background. Julie, as she is always referred to by our beautiful patients, is gifted with abounding experience. Julie started in the beauty industry 15 years ago as a Patient Coordinator for a well-renowned Plastic Surgeon in the City of Miami. Causing her to fall in love with the Aesthetics Industry and as a result open her own business in 2010, as we all know and love to be Brickell Cosmetic Center.

Julie decided to open BCC not only for her love of Aesthetics but because she desired a place where individuals can go to feel heard and accepted. She strives for Beauty, Commitment and Credibility, the mission statement of BCC.

Many patients from around the world trust BCC with all their Aesthetic needs. It's Julie's leadership, charisma and warmth that makes our patients feel comfortable and welcomed. Julie is committed and determined to help you find the best treatments to help you feel confident and beautiful in your own skin.

"This is my new favorite place! I’ve been here now a few times and so I decided that the time is now to leave a review. I first went last month for derma-planning, that appointment was with Nina, who is really good. My skin felt so smooth and good. I decided that I also wanted to give Laser Hair Removal on my chin a try. So I’ve now done two sessions, my session today was with Julie, who is amazing and super friendly!! After the first session of laser hair removal I started noticing the difference - barely shaving every 4-5 days. I’ll see even more of a difference after the session today, and also my upcoming one in August. I’ve also decided to purchase the Brazilian laser hair removal service too!
