First Impressions: Who You’ll Meet
From the moment you arrive at Brickell Cosmetic Center, our team is here to ensure your visit is smooth, welcoming, and personalized. You’ll first be greeted by our Front Desk Team, who will assist with check-in, verify your information, and make sure all forms are completed. Their goal is to keep our schedule organized and ensure every appointment begins on time.

Next, you may meet one of our Medical Assistants, who will guide you to your treatment room, review your medical history, and prepare you for your consultation or procedure.

Our Aesthetic Coordinator also plays a key role in your visit. They serve as a bridge between clients and our providers—ensuring clear communication, personalized guidance, and efficiency throughout your experience. From scheduling follow-ups to structuring treatment plans based on provider recommendations, the Aesthetic Coordinator helps you stay informed and supported every step of the way.

Finally, you’ll meet your provider — whether it’s a licensed aesthetic specialist, physician assistant, or other license professional — who will take time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and design a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Parking:
• Free parking is available behind the building (upper parking area) — not gated.
• Paid parking is available in selected areas around the building.
• Brickell Cosmetic Center is not responsible for parking fees or other charges.
• Please allow extra time for parking and check-in.

Arrival & Check-In
• All clients must complete their forms prior to arriving.
• Completing your intake and consent forms in advance ensures a smoother check-in, helps avoid delays, and allows our providers to prepare for your visit appropriately.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the removal or shortening of cosmetic treatment preparation time to avoid delays for other clients.
• Dermatology visits: Please bring your photo ID and insurance card, or submit them prior to your appointment to give our office sufficient time for insurance verification.
• New patients may complete their forms online through our secure portal.
• We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to finalize check-in.

3. Preparation Guidelines
• For Skin Care Consults: Bring a list of all skincare products you currently use. This helps our providers understand your regimen and recommend personalized improvements.
• Cosmetic Treatments: Avoid tanning, retinoids, or direct sun exposure for 3–5 days prior to treatment.
• Medical Dermatology Visits: Refrain from wearing makeup or tinted SPF if being evaluated for skin concerns.
• Laser Hair Removal: The treatment area must be shaved within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Injectables or Lasers: Inform our team if you’ve had recent antibiotics, illness, or significant sun exposure in the last week.

Appointment Coordination
• Our Front Desk Team works diligently to keep our schedule running smoothly and efficiently.
• They confirm appointments through multiple channels, including text messages, emails, and phone calls, to ensure clear communication and minimize scheduling errors.
• To support this level of organization, we kindly ask all patients to be respectful of appointment times and follow our scheduling policies below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• This allows us to accommodate other patients waiting for availability and maintain efficient operations.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a $50 fee x appointment, deducted from deposit (if applicable).
• Repeated missed appointments may limit future booking privileges.

Deposits & Booking Policy
• To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Deposits are applied toward your treatment or service at checkout.
• Consultations and insured medical dermatology visits are exempt from deposit requirements.
• Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is missed or canceled without proper notice

Identification & Insurance
• For dermatology visits, patients must bring or submit in advance a valid photo ID and insurance card to allow adequate time for verification.
• Brickell Cosmetic Center will confirm network eligibility, but patients remain responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance as determined by their insurance provider.
