Meet Maricela

By using the most advanced anti-aging technologies that produce improved cosmetic results, Dr. Maricela Tassy prides herself on providing optimal aesthetic artistry for her patients. As a trained emergency medical physician, Dr. Tassy became interested in aesthetic medicine after receiving personal skin care treatments. She then pursued advanced training to become an aesthetic physician. Because of Dr. Tassy’s personal experience, she knows first-hand what questions her patients have before obtaining medical-grade cosmetic treatments. She takes great pleasure in making sure that her patients have procedural and product awareness and feel confident in their choices.

Since 2011, Dr. Tassy has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including Mount Sinai Medical Center, Baptist Hospital, and the University of Miami Hospital with an exceptional track record in medical service and patient care. She completed her aesthetics training with FACE-Facial Aesthetic Training Center of Excellence and the Esthetic Skin Institute. Dr. Tassy provides expert care for a variety of aesthetic treatments and received advanced training in the following procedures and equipment:

Botulinum Toxin A (Botox® Dysport® and Xeomin®), Dermal Fillers (including Restylane®, Juvederm®, Restylane Lyft®, Restylane Silk®, Radiesse®, Belotero®, Voluma®) Sculptra, Chemical Peels, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), Laser, Pulsed Light, and energy-based technologies.

Dr. Tassy also provides medically supervised weight loss program that involves a combination of medical interventions, nutritional counseling, physical activity, and behavior modification techniques.

This program incorporates prescription medications, and close monitoring of progress to help individuals achieve and sustain their weight loss goals in a safe and effective manner.

During her free time, Dr. Tassy enjoys spending time with family, working out, crafting, and boating.

A pet peeve of mine is that many places make you wait a long time even though I have an appointment. So, one of the things I really appreciate is that they are always on time with their appointments - I’ve experienced minimal wait times to be seen. Dr. Tassy is very skilled and gentle when she performs any procedure. She is so precise in everything she does and because of her I can see so much improvement in my face!!
